My name is Sunil Murthy and I’m a yoga instructor, meditation teacher and educator, and life-long student of life. I’m also a loving husband, a caring father of 2 amazing kids, a part-time business owner, a soccer player (occasionally) and a passionate meditator.
I would love to share my insights on mindfulness and meditation with you through articles on my blog. I’ve been meditating for more than a decade and it has changed my life. Meditation has helped me become more focused, more present, and more patient. With practice, it can help you bring more peace, joy, and calmness into your life as well.
My yoga journey began in 1998 when I participated in my first 10-day Vipassana retreat. Since then I’ve helped hundreds of people learn about the art and tradition of yoga for health and meditation for transformation. My personal practice of yoga and meditation has helped me to transform my life in many wonderful ways and I know that it can do the same for you.
