Pros:

  • The shoes are super comfortable
  • The shoes support your feet very well.
  • They are lightweight.
  • They allow you to move in any direction almost without restriction.
  • They don’t make you feel like you’re wearing a pair of shoes.

Cons:

  • The Brooks PureCadence 7 isn’t cheap. However, you get what you pay for, meaning you won’t easily find a better pair of shoes in their price range.
  • The shoes tend to run small. Try ordering a size up.

Brooks has been a strong competitor in the running shoe market for years. The PureCadence 7 from the Brooks Pure Collection is a step-up from its predecessor, the PureCadence 6.

It's a lightweight, year-round neutral-cushion, and all-around runner with quick, responsive cushioning. It uses the same QuickLite cushioning technology as the PureConnect, making it able to move quickly yet have a smooth ride.

It has a stability shank which provides a smooth ride and better support. The rubber outsole provides a comfortable secure fit and is designed to last for multiple runs.

The upper is made of mesh and the outsole is rubber. As a women's neutral-cushioned shoe, it strikes a balance between lightweight and durability. It is ideal for training, long distance running, or marathon running.

The PureCadence 7 makes it possible to run with confidence, no matter what your skill level.
