This medium-to-firm fitness DVD is an excellent pick for pregnant women and those wanting a workout to tone their bodies after pregnancy. It is a total body workout for full-term and post-partum women. It involves yoga, core work and a host of other workouts to build up your core strength while building muscle tone after pregnancy.
This is the only DVD of its kind I know of for this market and you're already halfway there on this one. This DVD is intended for post-pregnancy (although the routines can be used throughout any stage of your pregnancy) and how to tone your muscles in order to gain your pre-pregnancy body back again.
The workouts are all done in a health and wellness setting. Everything you do is demonstrated in front of you, but you don't need to have a background in yoga to perform the workouts. You'll be doing a full body workout, which is always great during your first trimester, and you'll be resting and moving your body in unique ways.
The instructors are young professional couples who are pregnant and offering to motivate you and others in their same situation. They are life-long athletes who have passed the test of having gestational diabetes and are teaching these works out to help you stay fit and able to take care of your baby months.
