This is our detailed product review for the FitKicks Live Well Women's Foldable Active Lifestyle Minimalist Footwear Barefoot Yoga Water Everyday Shoes.
It’s been popular on the market ever since it was launched and so we decided to take a closer look at it for you. Here we go:
- Water and abrasion-resistant
- Thin soft cushioning
- Comfortable, good arch support
- Comfortable fit for wide feet
- Functional, but cute
- High quality
- Easy on/off
- A little too wide for narrow feet
- Slightly less flexible than average yoga shoes
There is no mistaking the FitKicks Active Lifestyle shoes for anything else. The minimalist design leaves a lot to the imagination, which is okay. If you are going to get "barefoot" shoes like these then you ought to be trying to go looking for problems on your own time.
The FitKicks are soft enough to feel comfortable walking on tile or concrete but strong enough to handle the occasional stone or small hike on the side of a mountain. The outsole design naturally dissipates the impact from other trek up large grades.
The front and back of the shoes can be folded up to help maintain the minimal footprint when packing them. You can throw these babies in a luggage and go. These are great shoes to wear anywhere you want to feel a bit less constrained on your feet.
If you want non-slip soles, your best bet is these with flat rubber soles, called Aquas, because they offer better grip than most non-slip soles. These are great barefoot tennis shoes if you choose a shoe with a flat front as well, because it has a low heel.
These shoes are nice and lightweight so you get a good balance of light and quiet but super comfort.
