We had our experts take a look at the Gentle Yoga to provide you with the inside scoop on its qualities.
In this review, we made things as simple as possible for you to form your opinion.
- Good for elderly, mobility-impaired individuals
- Easy-to-follow exercises
- Background music won’t inspire you to get moving.
Our final purchase is a different kind of exercise tool, but it's a device you can use in the home. It's a set of four books that make up a series. Each one builds on the previous one. They are all aimed at the same audience, but are presented in a way that lets you track you progress and see where you need to go.
The subjects cover everything from yoga poses for beginners and progressing through the various stages of yoga for everyone to integrate into their daily lives. It also touches on how it can be applied to balance, flexibility and mobility and how to improve upon them.
Depending on your current level, it may be that you start at the beginning and work your way through, but for most people I don't see anything stopping you from jumping straight in.
Wherever you are on your journey, you'll find this set of four books helpful in addressing your goals.
