Jillian Michaels is a fitness babe for our generation! She is tough as nails but fun as hell! The one thing I like about all of her shows, however, is that she doesn't over-explain her exercises and keeps the show short so we can get on with our day!
Unlike other exercise DVDs, Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown doesn't take six hours to do, but more like 20 minutes! The DVD is just over 27 minutes long, but gives you a full yoga workout! Don't worry, there are no splits on this DVD, but cuts don't mean you can't get a good workout! You will be exhausted after this one, but that's a good thing!
Jillian Michaels teaches you an absolutely intense workout in this DVD. The workout is nothing short of insanity, while at the same time being a perfect mixture of strength, push-ups, balance poses, abs and yoga.
The moves are completely new and will push your limits! For example, she has you doing ten push-ups at a time while keeping your balance! It's not for the faint of heart!
The workout will:
- Increase your strength
- Give you flexibility and joint stability
- Decrease your stress!
- Plus, she does a little warm-up and stretches at the beginning too!
This DVD is a no-brainer if you are looking for a challenging and relaxing yoga workout.
