Today we're bringing to you our detailed review of the KAYSO Mexican Blanket.
We scrutinize all products before we share our detailed thoughts on it with you.
- Has an anti-slip feel
- Good for hot yoga and cold nights
- Thick and durable material
- Decent stitching
- The color is nice and vibrant
- Small room for error when making the order
- It is slightly scratchy on bare skin
These blankets are naturally reversible, so the gold side goes against the gold and red side goes against the red. You can use each color for any part of the body.
Pro and Con on This Product – Strongly Positive
The KAYSO blanket is made from 100% hand-spun cotton and is a thoughtful and well-made product. It's fair trade and one hundred percent authentic. It is soft to the touch, durable against wear and tear, and quite a bit more durable than cotton blankets that are made in Mexico. The blankets feel substantial and also insulate the body of the side they're on, keeping it warm and more comfortable.
Importantly, the blanket feels solid. When you pick it up, you know it's got a good bit of weight to it which is important because it's going to be on your bed. This is great because you can tell that the weight and the warmth are sourced from something solid and good (cotton, not stuffing).
The blanket is comfortable to use for yoga and meditation. It's substantial and will not move around on you. Whatever happens, you know you can lean against this blanket without worry of falling off your sleeping platform.
On the other hand, I admit this blanket is not for everybody. Like all blanket brands, the Mexican Blanket manufacturers have their opinion of what you should look like and believe it is good to have matching blankets for your bedroom.
