Pros:

  • Non-slip, grippy foam
  • Longer length for added coverage
  • Comfortable cross-strap shoulder sling for carrying
  • Pretty affordable
  • Lightweight, but also sturdy
  • Sensitive and gentle on knees
  • Machine-washable (air dry only!)
  • Safe for use on hardwood floors, carpets, and other surfaces

This is a really nice mat. It is relatively large in size measuring 72" by 24". It provides plenty of cushion and extra support for the joints. There are no slippery areas with this mat. The top is rubberized with no gaps.
The ultra-thick foam makes it easy to flip, adjust and do exercises on. There is a 1-inch thickness to the top, which makes this mat leaps and bounds better than a thin mats.

It also comes with a compact carrying case. The mat is also surprisingly light, much lighter than the Matador Yoga Premium 1" Thick Foam Mat, and Sports Yoga, Fitness Mat, 1-Inch Thick with Handle, Silver The price does a little bit, but in terms of performance it is hard to beat.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good back support while working out. This is perfect for hot yoga and absolutely prevents any slipping.
